When I tried to use this product, all I got was the fan's voice and the flickering before pressing the buttonAs soon as I click the button, I should feel at least some heat, and the bottom lamp should light up. As seen in the video, the bottom lamp is completely inoperative.

Not a good quality product and i do not consider selling it from Zoodmall company, i hope i can return it to the seller as soon as possible because the product even with changing the level of power in it, the light is working but it is impractical and it doesn't give any result, i have tried on all parts of my body with no result on any parts and on any hair density even tried it on my sister to see if it works on other people but with 0/10 result... even when contacting other people who rated & purchased this item has told me that this product is an impractical product and effective ... my advice is to consider taking actions on this product in order not to lose customers from your company.
