The blender came with a broken blade before I even try it. Contacted the customer service and after several email they told me that the shop accepted to replace the item (last reply on Wednesday April 30). and till now the shop is still ajourning the process and they don't even care. Worst customer service ever!. As if we didn't pay on time!. whenever you want to order online make sure that the shop is cooperative! Shame!
